2. Description of Service

Truvarc is an AI-powered personal health coaching platform that helps users track nutrition, hydration, pain, supplements, and fitness data. The Service provides personalized insights and coaching via a web dashboard and Telegram bot.

3. Not Medical Advice

Truvarc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, AI responses, and health insights are for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Truvarc offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• All new accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial, no credit card required.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Privacy and Data

Your health data is private and belongs to you. We do not sell your personal health data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

• Abuse or overload our AI infrastructure

8. Termination
