What's included in the 7-day free trial?
Every new account automatically gets 7 days of full Pro features — no credit card required. After the trial, you choose to subscribe or stay on the Free plan.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard Settings → Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always yours. We never delete historical data when you downgrade — you just lose access to Pro/Elite features. Upgrade again and everything is still there.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
If you already have an Anthropic API key, you can connect it in Settings. Truvarc will use your key for AI features instead of the platform key, and you get a discounted subscription rate since you're covering the AI costs.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — Truvarc never sees your card details.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing. Toggle the Annual switch above to see the discounted price.
